Candidates who have taken the Government Technical Examinations, August 2018 (Typewriting, Shorthand and Accountancy) through Government approved Commerce (Typewriting) Institute and also the Private Candidates can apply on-line for Revaluation for the same using the link 112.133.214.70
The on-line application form carrying all the details and instructions, including the fee to be remitted, can be downloaded from the DOTE website.
(1) A hard copy (printed copy) of the on-line application form should be submitted to the Directorate of Technical Education, either in person, or by registered post/ speed post, along with (2) Demand Draft for Rs. 400/- for Typewriting and Rs.500/- for Shorthand & Accountancy.

(Those who have applied for a xerox copy of the answer papers are alone eligible  for applying for Revaluation through on-line)

The on-line application form carrying all the details and instructions, including the fee to be remitted, can be downloaded from the DOTE website (www.tndte.gov.in).

(1) A hard copy (printed copy) of the on-line application form should be submitted to the Directorate of Technical Education, either in person, or by registered post/ speed post, along with (2) a Demand Draft for Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty only) and (3) a 26 cm x 11 cm self addressed cover.

APPLICATION FORM FOR APPLYING ANSWER PAPER XEROX COPY FOR

GOVERNMENT TECHNICAL EXAMINATION IN COMMERCE SUBJECTS  

 PREREQUISITE : Before proceeding for filling the Online Application form for the receipt of Answer Paper Xerox copy. the applicant is required to have the following 1) Copy of Hall Ticket or Copy of the Examination Application Form already submitted to DOTE. This is required for validation and future correspondence. In case you provide wrong/incorrect Register Number and Date of Birth, you will not be able to apply through online. 2) A demand draft for Rs.150/-per subject.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ON LINE APPLICATION

  1. While submitting application through online, the candidates should furnish their correct name, register number and date of birth as in the original examination application form or in the educational qualification certificate.
  2. The candidates should clearly mention the subject and grade for which they apply for the xerox copy. Further, if the candidate wrongly enters the subject and grade, the application will not be entertained.
  3. If the candidates require copy of answer paper for two or more subjects, they have to apply through online separately for each subject.
  4. The candidate should send self addressed envelope (26 c.m. x 11 c.m.) along with the printed copy of the online application for sending the copy of the answer paper.
  5. Candidate has to pay Rs. 150/- as fee per subject (for both first & second paper) for sending the Xerox copy of answer paper. The amount should be sent in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Additional Director of Technical Education (Exam) payable at Chennai.”
  6. The candidates, who apply for Xerox copy of answer paper, are alone eligible for applying for revaluation through online.
  7. The schedule of revaluation and declaration of result will be available in the DOTE website. (tndte.gov.in/site)
  8. The name, register number and date of birth of the candidate should be mentioned on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
  9. The printed copy of the online application form together with demand draft and self addressed envelope must be sent by to “ The Chairman, Board of Examinations, Directorate of Technical Education, Guindy, Chennai 600 025. However, the candidates may also handover the same at the Directorate of Technical Education in person.
  10. The application received after the due date will be summarily rejected. The Directorate of Technical Education will not be held responsible for the delayed receipt of application received by post.
  11. Candidate should write “ Application for Answer Paper Xerox Copy for GTE August – 2018” on the envelope.
