1. | Please read the instructions, procedure and eligibility criteria carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form. |

4. | The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate (Image size between 25 KB to 100 KB in JPG format). |
5. | The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate (Image size between 10 KB to 50 KB in JPG format). |
6. | Scanned copy of the required Documents and Certificates (Size between 256 KB to 2 MB in PDF format). |
7. | Please note that your application will be activated only after you have completed the application form with all the required details. |

Children of Indian Workers of Gulf Countries (CIWGC)
Documents Required
- Recent NRI status certificate of the (Father / Mother / Legal Guardian*) issued by the Indian Embassy of the respective country with their seal as per the Annexure – I (Affidavit for NRI status is not accepted).
- Employment Certificate of the NRI (Father / Mother / Legal Guardian) as per the Annexure – II. In the case of self employment, nature of business, annual income and required proof like Income – Tax paid (for the last 3 years), etc. to be produced.
- NRE / NRI bank account statement of the NRI (Father / Mother / Legal Guardian), at least for the last six months.
- Valid Indian Passport and Visa of the NRI (Father / Mother / Legal Guardian).
- Birth Certificate or Valid Indian Passport of the Candidate.
- For 10 + 2 type of Indian Boards OR Foreign Boards:
- Mark sheets of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (X Standard) or equivalent.
- Higher Secondary Certificate (XII Standard) or equivalent.
OR
- For 8 + 4 type of Foreign Boards: Mark Sheets from 8th to 12th standards.
- For 9 + 3 type of Foreign Boards: Mark Sheets from 9th to 12th standards .
- Mark Sheets of qualifying degree for all the semesters/Consolidated Mark Sheet.
- Qualifying Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate.
- Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate. If these certificates are not issued in your country, an equivalent transfer certificate from the Principal/Dean/Registrar has to be specially obtained.
- If the student has studied in a University other than Anna University, then Mode of Study certificate from the Registrar of respective University has to be specially obtained as per Annexure – III.
Note :
- Predicted scores will not be accepted.
- In case of the final transcripts have not been recevied 07th September 2018, submit the other documents. However, the final transcripts should be submitted before the counselling date.
* Certificate to be provided for the Legal Guardian of the candidate by the court as per provisions of “The Guardians and Wards Act 1890”.
** If the candidate has studied in a Non-Indian Government board of education system abroad or in India, the eligibility certificate obtained from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi has to be enclosed. Equivalent certificate from AIU has to be given for each individual candidate. Anna University will not accept details from the websites of the boards or any other authorities regarding equivalency. Otherwise, if the Indian Embassy/ consulate in the concerned country provides an eligibility certificate, it can be enclosed.
Non-Resident Indian (NRI)
Documents Required

Foreign National (FN)
Documents Required

- Passport of the candidate.
- Valid student Visa / PIO / OCI card (In case of Citizen of Indian Origin).
- Proof of Financial support like parents bank statement for the last six months or scholarship offer letter from the Government/other agencies.
- Certificate showing that the candidate has proficiency in English language.
- For 10 + 2 type of Indian Boards OR Foreign Boards
- Mark sheets of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (X Standard) or equivalent.
- Higher Secondary Certificate (XII Standard) or equivalent.
