DPDP Compliance
Mapping Education in India is committed to respecting your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). This page explains how the DPDP applies to our website and how you can exercise your rights as a data principal.
Scope and Applicability
The DPDP applies to the processing of digital personal data within India, and to processing outside India if it relates to Indian data principals. While Mapping Education in India does not collect personal data through user registration or accounts, we may process limited digital personal data such as IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns via analytics tools and cookies for site functionality and improvement. This processing is limited to non-identifiable or aggregated data where possible.

Note: Since we do not collect personally identifiable information through forms or accounts, the practical application of these rights is limited to data collected automatically through website interactions.
